My relationship with food began 30 years ago, from the warmth and aromas of a traditional Greek grill. After those first steps, Greek gastronomy was my passport to the world.
My journey took me to Italy, where I spent years in the heart of our family kitchen, "Taverna Greka". From there, I moved on to managing restaurants all over Europe, while my experience continues in street food in England. Through all these years, I have learned one thing: cooking is not just about following recipes. It is about the journey, the memories and the people you share them with.
After exploring cuisines all over the world, I felt it was time to return to my roots and share the secrets of our land with you. You don't need much to create something amazing - just "meraki" (passion), pure ingredients and your two hands. I firmly believe that food tastes better with your own effort and a lot of love.
