Our village sits at an altitude of 250 meters, where our olive groves have thrived for over 300 years. We care for these ancient trees without chemicals, with deep respect for our land and nature.

This traditional dry farming method gives our olive oil its unique aromas and character. To me, this fruit is the soul of authentic Greek cuisine. It is not just an ingredient, but the pure taste of our homeland, coming straight from our estates to our table.
